Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of electrical projects and ensure ongoing compliance. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, document management, and liaising between our electricians, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project scheduling and job tracking
  • Manage documentation for compliance, certifications, and inspections
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the on-site team
  • Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to management and operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in admin, project coordination, or compliance
